• Manage project work plan and budget to ensure activities are carried out on time and within budget,
• Periodically travel to various sites to support management staff,
• Provide strategic direction, leadership and management across multiple divisions to direct the delivery of projects/and programs within cost, time and quality required.
• Effectively manage PM processes on site,
• Track performance of construction program
• Track costs so that project is kept to budget
